Returns and refunds policy
The buyer who, according to European legislation, can be classified as a "consumer" has the right to withdraw from the order placed, without giving any reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The notice of withdrawal, which must indicate the number of the order from which you intend to withdraw and / or the product subject to withdrawal, must be strictly sent before the expiry of the 14-day period to DAG Srl to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have received confirmation of the right of return from DAG Srl, make sure of the following:
- That the product / s to be returned are packed in the original packaging
- That the package you will use for the return has not affixed previous shipping labels
- That the goods inside the package are housed in such a way as to avoid damage during shipment
- That inside the package there is a copy of the documentation received during the initial delivery phase. For non-EU customers it is essential that a copy of the invoice is placed in a sealed plastic bag outside the box
The return, which can be sent within 14 days from the date of communication and in any case not before confirmation by DAG Srl, must then be sent to the following address:

Make sure you use a traceable transport service and keep the relevant tracking number. We remind you that the responsibility of the asset and therefore also of its possible loss is borne by the customer until it reaches the warehouse of DAG Srl.
The cost of the return shipment, as well as any duties and taxes, is charged to the customer.
Once the timeliness of the withdrawal and the return of the product has been verified, DAG Srl will refund the payment received using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the buyer has expressly indicated in the withdrawal notice another method of reimbursement and on condition, in this eventuality , that DAG Srl does not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement.
We accept returns exclusively from private customer and not from companies.
