HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

You can place an order by registering your account by clicking on the SIGN IN button or simply as a GUEST.

Registering your account will allow you to store your data for any new future purchases. The creation of the account does not involve an automatic subscription to our Newsletter and all data collected for this purpose will be processed exclusively for tax reasons.

The user assumes responsibility for the data entered and any consequences resulting from errors made in the phase of entering them.

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

On all products purchased from doctortools.com it is possible to request original spare parts in order to carry out maintenance on the products in full autonomy. In many cases these are expressly indicated on the same page of the main product, but in different cases an express request can be made by writing to assistance@doctortools.com.

If, on the other hand, you want to send the item for repair to our internal technical laboratory, please contact our technical department by writing an email to assistance@doctortools.com. One of our internal representatives will answer you as soon as possible indicating how to proceed.

RECEIVING A DAMAGED PRODUCT

When receiving the shipment, always check that the external packaging is intact. If you notice any possible problems, we advise you to sign with reserve. If a product in the shipment is damaged, we ask you to write to us at assistance@doctortools.com attaching one or more photos. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

BILLING

The invoice must be strictly requested before making the payment. Otherwise, a simple receipt will be attached to the products purchased and it will no longer be possible to obtain the relative invoice.

REQUEST FOR SPECIAL ESTIMATES

It is possible to request quotes for potential special purchases, for large quantities or for technical furniture preparation projects. If you have this need, please contact us by writing to the email address sales@doctortools.com.

NEWSLETTER

It is possible to subscribe to the official Doctortools Newsletter by filling out the appropriate form after clicking on the button on the home page. To unsubscribe from the Newsletter, you can proceed by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each Newsletter email received. You will then receive an email confirming the cancellation.
